Located on the Old Mahabalipuram Road, just a few kilometers beyond Chennai ?Greenacres? comprises of 13 lakh sq.ft. of mixed use residential and commercial premises spread over 8 acres of land abutting the OMR. Six high rise towers of apartments ranging from 2.5 to 3.5 BHK are set atop two levels of parking along with a midrise building specially designed as geriatric housing, all unified by a landscaped podium that offers the users a unique experience of living within high quality spaces indoors and outside. The site planning and orientation of each building on the site follows the solar passive principles of having the habitable spaces aligned towards the north and south facades, while limiting the solar heat gain on the east and west facades by locating the services towards these facades.
