Product Introduction

MCE is designed specifically for the formation process in lead-acid battery production. It introduces an advanced discharged energy recycling feature, allowing up to 97% of the electrical energy generated during discharge to be recovered and reused for the charging process. The recovered energy can even be returned to the power grid to supply electricity for other utilities within the factory.

This innovative design significantly reduces battery production costs. Additionally, effective energy recovery minimizes temperature rise inside the plant, improving the working environment for on-site operators. To further optimize energy utilization, an optional smart energy management system can be integrated to monitor real-time production data, issue important notifications, and provide optimal scheduling recommendations.
