The local Consultants of Libya participated in a Competition for the Design of a New Office Building for the high officials of the Ministry of Commerce at Tripoli, Libya. Architects Technoconsult was invited by the Consultants to participate and prepare three alternatives under our name for submission to Ministry. Out of multiple submission our Design was selected. The planning concept is based on the local heritage, environmental, social and political conditions.
