The TH0520 is a high-precision current and voltage measurement instrument designed to support direct measurement and sensor-based measurement across a wide range of AC and DC electrical signals. It can directly measure currents up to 2 A and voltages up to ±0.5 V, and can be paired with precision I/V and V/V conversion modules to extend measurement capabilities into high-current or high-voltage environments.

With wide-bandwidth measurement capability and selectable AC or DC modes, the TH0520 is suitable for calibrating AC/DC current and voltage standard sources, multimeters, power meters, and current sensors.
